“Art collaboration is the sum of everybody. everybody’s attitudes, beliefs, behaviours, traditions, and skills, and everybody has a role to play in the creation of a piece of art.”

Here is how to get the teams pumped up about working together. The conversation from the get-go establishes a critical foundation because it gives a better understanding of what makes your co-workers think by letting them have a say in shaping a process that becomes meaningful to them. Hold onto the things that are good, then work together to fix what is broken. We want to establish a process that feels like it truly belongs to the people who create it.
