This is a fantastic weekend for discovering the full potential of the wonderful medium of acrylic paints. Often misunderstood and under used, the heavy body acrylics favoured by Anne are ideal for beginners embarking upon their painting journey.
On this weekend art course, you will be encouraged to develop your own style and to go forward armed with the techniques to paint that which inspires you.
You will learn how to layer the paint, to mix colour, basics of composition and useful tips. Anne follows up by emailing the pointers from the class and inviting you to join the DAS tribe.

Whatever your level of artistic ability, confidence or experience, a weekend art course will help you on your artistic journey. We work through the morning, taking the freely available tea, coffee, and homemade cookies as and when we choose, until about 12 noon.
The afternoon continues until around 4 pm with a tidy up before leaving. The second day follows a similar pattern.

Trained by renowned artist Rod Moore, Anne specialises in oil, acrylic, pastel, and pencil techniques, guiding students of all levels through structured and inspiring art classes in Dingle, Co.
